Free Resources
As a cardiologist, I treat people in my clinic and in the emergency room with heart disease for a living, and educate people on social media.
Heart disease can be a very scary, complex, and overwhelming topic for a lot of people, but it doesn’t have to be!
Based on my own experience with educating people in real life in my clinic, and on social media, I decided to build a library of free tools. These tools are meant to help YOU advocate for yourself and your loved ones, so you can get the most out of your cardiologist visit!
These are pragmatic, succinct guides and worksheets written in plain, common sense English. No medical jargon, no scammy selling, no biohacking BS.
Download them, print them out, stick them on your fridge, and physically bring them to your next doctor’s appointment. Check back often because I will add new tools continuously!
Please do share this these with anyone you might think would benefit!

Disclaimer: These resources are educational tools designed to help you organize your health information and understand common medical concepts. They do not constitute medical advice or establish a doctor-patient relationship. These are simplified concepts (to serve as many people as possible) and may not completely reflect your specific medical condition or needs. Always consult with your treating physician regarding your specific medical conditions.
Don't miss the next tool. I am continuously adding new prep sheets, symptom trackers, and guides to this library. Enter your email above, and I'll send the new ones straight to your inbox the day they launch.
